Any real estate agent that finds this website will wonder "How is this company allowed to offer a coming soon program?"
That's right, offering a homeowner to advertise their house as "coming soon" for an extended period of time can actually be against the rules.
Some real estate agents will even contact us and introduce us to their client so that we can create a marketing agreement with the homeowner to be able to market their house in our coming soon program.

Most people don't know that the National Association of REALTORS ("NAR") is completely separate from the government. NAR is a private organization. Most active real estate agents choose to become a member of NAR because membership allows real estate agents to use the term REALTOR to describe their title and it also allows them to gain membership into the Multiple Listing Service ("MLS"). In Texas, the governing body that licenses real estate agents is the Texas Real Estate Commission ("TREC").
